The Fit Zone™ Group Exercise Programme is fun, challenging and easy to follow. It has been designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally, ensuring all exercises are achievable and fun. The variety of movement sequences experienced will ensure every participant achieves a great multi-level workout using functional, progressive and effective choreography. The group exercise programme has been purposely designed to be multi-level in order that all fitness levels and abilities realise a sense of achievement, whilst not forgetting the essential ingredient of having fun!

There are 4 components using progressive choreography which is simple, effective and easy to follow. It begins with a specific warm up followed by an energy builder comprising of a 32 count block of choreography. Athletic interval training follows, interspersed with the same simple 32 count block of choreography rehearsed previously. Themed choreography has been devised for the 32 count block to give classes a different flavour each time i.e. cardio conditioning, sports specific, simple choreography and challenging choreography. Participants then cool down and stretch. Depending on the length of the session, a toning section may be introduced. The height of the equipment may be adjusted for each component.
Music is an important part of the session and is used for motivational purposes. Music speed is suggested for each component to encourage smooth, controlled movements and to keep within a safe range. Zone Fit Ltd has teamed up with Fit 32 to guarantee you great PPL free music developed specifically for our programmes. It is important in our industry to ensure instructors wishing to be recognised as a certified Fit Zone™ Instructor maintain high standards and as such instructors have to undertake both written and practical assessments in their chosen exercise discipline(s) prior to receiving certification.
