Bev wins Red Bull Fitness Focus Competition
Red Bull ran a national competition across the UK fitness industry in 2004 looking for someone to design the ultimate “mind and body” training session to maximise performance within gym workouts.
The first competition of its kind, the aim was to create the next break-through training/workout idea for gyms.
The Red Bull Fitness Focus initiative was open to anyone to enter, the principle targeted audience were UK fitness professionals, including Gym Trainers, Universities, Armed Services and Sporting Associations.
