In order to utilise the benefits of Red Bull during sport, drink 1-2 cans of Red Bull approximately 20-40 minutes before you need to perform. Red Bull should be used before or during sport. The whole can should be consumed and not sipped over time.

Red Bull contains 80mg of caffeine which equates to the same as 1 cup of filtered coffee. The effects of Red Bull and Red Bull Sugarfree on mental focus, concentration and reaction speed are the same.

Whilst caffeine is a diuretic there is not enough caffeine in Red Bull to dehydrate you. However as good hydration practice you should consume equal quantities of water to the amount of Red Bull you drink. If you are thirsty then you are already de-hydrated so reaching for a can of Red Bull is not the answer. There is no ingredient in Red Bull that is on the WADA list (World Anti Doping Agency). It is completely legal to drink Red Bull in any quantity, in any sport.
